  • Refunds only issued if we are unable to fulfill the order.
  • If applicable, refunds processed after the 6-month period from release date.

Delivery & collection

  • Customers may choose self-collection or shipping.
  • Local (MY): Pos Laju, J&T, Ninja Van.
  • International: GDex, FedEx, DHL.
  • Shipping fees will be confirmed and charged prior to delivery.
  • We will contact you via WhatsApp or email with the shipping fee before dispatch.
  • Customers acknowledge and accept the risk of delays associated with pre-orders and shipping.

Video unboxing is required for any damage or defect claims.

Please record a clear, uninterrupted video upon receiving and opening your parcel. Claims submitted without unboxing footage may not be processed.

  • We do not accept returns once sold
  • Opened products are not eligible for any claims
  • For defective or damaged items, report within 3 days of delivery
  • Submit with photo + unboxing video as proof
  • Claims without unboxing footage will not be processed
  • Refund processed within 5 – 10 business days
