Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pricing & Availability
   • Prices are estimates and may change without prior notice.
   • All pre-orders are subject to stock allocation and are not guaranteed.
   • Customers may not receive the full quantity ordered in the event of allocation.
2. Payment Terms
   • All pre-orders require full payment upfront at the time of order confirmation.
3. Order Policy
   • All pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable,including partially fulfilled orders.
   • Fulfillment may be released in multiple waves and may take up to6 months from the official release date.
4. Refund Policy
   • Refunds are not permitted once an order is placed,except in cases where we areunable to fulfill the order.
   • If applicable, refunds will only be processedafter the 6-month period from the official release date.
5. Delivery & Collection
   • Customers may choose self-collection or shipping.
   • Shipping fees will be charged at checkout or prior to delivery.
   • Customers acknowledge and accept the risk ofdelays associated with pre-orders and shipping.
